Extra Fine, Fine, or Coarse...

What texture do you like your grain to be? This past Christmas I was surprised with a Nutrimill Grain Mill along with my Bosch Compact Mixer. I love them both! So I thought I'd tell you a little about both.

Nutrimill Grain Mill:

This is an awesome machine. You can change the texture of your grain with ease. Just the twist of a button. I like to make bread for our family so I put it on the finest texture possible. And it mills it without any effort.

It has a powerful motor which sounds like you're turning on a Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner. Again, it mills what ever you need. But no oily seeds such as flax, those would harm it.

Price wise I think you are getting a great "bang" for your buck.

Bosch Compact Mixer:

High-Torque, 400 watt motor of the Bosch Compact Mixer has a microprocessor for constant speed control. This Bosch mixer's multi-function drive arm combines low and high speed drives, and pivots for convenient use and easy storage. Standard equipment includes a 4 qt. mixing bowl, bowl cover, dough hook, french whip, and batter whisk. And has a  full line of available accessories.

Built with the same great craftsmanship as the Bosch Universal. It has the same great rotating drive that the Bosch Universal does, which makes great for mixing and kneading.

The Compact has a 4 qt. bowl which can hold up to 6 lbs of dough. And it does it with ease. All in all, a great mixer!
