Hey if you guys have ever heard of Weston Price Foundation? or the book Nourishing Traditions? It talks mainly about how you're suppose to eat your foods. Anyways it has been very insightful. Something to read about. But also on my journey through this subject I was told about this site from a friend, Heavenly Homemakers She has great ways of explaining things in simple terms and also every recipe I've tried from her site is absolutely FABULOUS! Check her out she also has great categories to read from...very insightful.
