Even More Leftover Oatmeal

For a quick fruit, diary, and fiber filled breakfast or snack... 

Use your oatmeal, usually only 1/2 c., in a smoothie recipe. 
It helps thicken up your smoothie, so don't over add.



Leftover Oatmeal Peach Pie Smoothie

1 c. yogurt
1/2 c. leftover oatmeal
1/2 c. frozen/fresh peach slices
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. vanilla
1 t. sucanat, maple syrup, or honey

Put all ingredients in a blender. Serve Immediately
Variations of this: Substitute apples or blueberries, or strawberries
for peaches for a different fruit pie smoothie.
